Cancellation Policy
  • All cancellations must be made in writing to the organizer firm, no oral cancellation will be accepted.
  • All refunds will be made 1 month after the end of the meeting.
  • Before 01 May 2021, 50% of the registration fee will be refunded .
  • No refunds on cancellations after 01 May 2021.
